My My Yahoo Is Broken :(
So I spent some time getting a new page together listing all the feeds at Search Engine Land, complete with all the little icons for various readers that FeedBurner makes it easy to assemble. Then I think hmm, better test to see if these actually work. The My Yahoo button is one of the most important, because I know from experience how much traffic it can drive. I click, and I get a blank page. Grrr. I've somehow gotten the coding wrong. So I head over to the instructions at Yahoo and carefully use the maker there. I upload the changes, click and grrr -- blank page. Now I try manually adding the URL. Grr, blank page. So then I shut down my firewall and sacrifice a virtual chicken in my mind, since it would be cruel to that in real life. Grr, blank page! So I message Barry Schwartz and have him try. Blank page for trying to subscribe Search Engine Land or Search Engine Roundtable, his own blog. I'm assuming something's not working correctly over there. Anyone else? Yahoo, pretty please, fix it!
