So we just had the finale of Season 3 of the OC tonight in the UK, and if you
haven’t seen it, read no more.
Wow — Marissa dead. Really? No news of this has leaked over from the US, so
I wondered if it was a ploy.
Nope, she’s really gone. Here’s an AP

happened in the US and Mischa Barton declared she wouldn’t be coming back, not
even in a dream sequence. Apparently, she’s expecting big things from movies.
Well, can’t say I’ll miss Marissa. After the continual cycles of
self-destruction, one more wouldn’t have added anything more to the show.
Maybe next time Ryan will take the freeway to LAX, rather than driving along
some inexplicable rural road that apparently leads from OC to the OC-LA border.
