I had some of these calls too and like you I don't see why I should provide such information for free. Some years ago I was asked into an "expert network" and did a few consultations but even though they did pay it was so little that I quickly dropped out again. Wonder who is left in a place like that. I don't know anyone that knows about the search industry that would take such a low pay. So yes, no wonder the financial crises has hit hit us - I mean, its probably not just the search business they manage so unprofessional. Thanks for bringing this up, Danny! :)

I had some of these calls too and like you I don’t see why I should provide such information for free.
