		<description>Aha, that what it is. A California flag. I don&#039;t say what I thought at first what I thought how it looks like when I saw the post title and glimpsed into the top left corner of the browser and the little icon next to the URL in the address bar :)
Here is the Big Version of the Flag btw for all that folks that try to make out of the favicon what the heck the California state (and ex-republic) flag looks like.
