		<description>Well if you think BA is bad to fly with imagine what it is like to work for them.
I left the airline 3 months ago after 2 and a half years of working for a company that doesn&#039;t value employees and just treats them as numbers. I had 2 weeks leave owing and this was deducted form my final wage. I have now found a job with a major international airline and I am very happy but guess what ?....3 months later I have received a letter demanding I pay GBP600.00 within 14 days or else !!! They make RyanAir look good and that takes some hard work !</description>

		<description>Grrr... it&#039;s dangerous to get me started about British Air! :-(  While on the whole I&#039;ve found all the BA folks to be kind and cordial, BA is one of worst airlines I&#039;ve dealt with overall.
- Booking is abysmal!!!
I booked a multi-leg flight directly on ba.com and a few weeks in advance of a trip and then soon after wanted to change one of the legs.  It took THREE phone calls (&quot;Sir, I&#039;ll forward your request to our change desk... please call us back in 1-2 days&quot;) to get the change made!
- Food is worse than awful
And I thought U.S. carriers had crappy food.  Yes, yes, I know all the jokes about British food, but seriously... I wasn&#039;t sure whether I was eating veggies or spooning soup, and the chicken resembled something &#039;tween silly putty and tofu.  And for breakfast, they were trying to kill us with sugar apparently:  yogurt, cookie, fruit in syrup, and orange juice, I kidd you not.
Blech.  Never again will I willingly fly this airline!
