How are these people so amazingly smart in some topics and beyond the definition of mental retardation when it comes to deciding policies about things they are not familiar with?</description>

		<description>How about we offer a 40% tax break to printed newspapers that are making an effort to embrace technology and actually evolve with the rest of the world like SPI. Why do we insist on dumping money into a business model proven to not work in today&#039;s market? It&#039;s like giving a blood transfusion to a patient with a gaping bleeding wound still wide open.</description>
