It is fine but now when I connect it to the PC to snchronize my files I get an error message “support code 85010014 active sync encounted a problem on the desktop" and I lost all my contacts from the iPAQ. The error message keeps on coming up and I have no idea what to do about it. Any help out there?

I am having the same problem with Active Sync version 4.5.0 - I don't know how to solve it? Please help. "support code 85010014 active sync encounted a problem on the desktop" I am so angry with Microsoft, or the Antivirus software or my IT guys or whoever is responsible for this in this day and age - we still get simple things like these wrong - and we want to put a man on Mars!! I lost all my contacts and calendar on my phone (still on my PC though).

Since a week I got the same Smartphone and I think it totally rocks! I did face the same Active Sync problem, but it's indeed fixed with the Active Sync 4.2 update. Also for the Dutch version of Windows Mobile 5 which runs on my HTC TyTn. Have fun with it!
