		<description>Hey Danny, good to hear you appreciate the level of perseverance required in skating from an informed perspective. I just wondered if they do the board tapping (repeatedly slamming your deck against the nearest ramp/curb/floor etc. to create a ply-cracking round of applause) in the US to show your appreciation, or is that a British thing?
Hope the move is going well, have you managed to sell your house yet?
Surely you could pull in a few favours and optimise a small site dedicated to the sale of your house!?  Just a thought, although I know a well ranked UK property site if not - so make sure your agent advertise on it.
