I have had the ThorConnWngClass failing to shut down message. Also the windows were rapidly alternating between active and inactive. Serious proble when trying to shut down. After rebooting, I did a search. One response was to have the machine confirm the .dll file. Open the start menu, run, copy and paste the following. go. This resolved my problem

regsvr32.exe inetcomm.dll
